firstreactions is a service that connects creators with a paid audience of real reactors who film short video reactions to whatever the creator uploads. When you use the app or the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

You need to be at least 16. You give us a real name and a real email. You keep your login private. If someone else uses your account, that’s on you — tell us fast if you think it’s been compromised.

Anything you made or have the rights to share: music, videos, thumbnails, dating photos, book blurbs, game clips. What youcan’t upload: other people’s work you don’t have rights to, sexual content, hate speech, threats, harm to minors, illegal content, deepfakes of real people who haven’t consented, or anything designed to defraud.

We remove anything that breaks these rules and can close accounts that keep doing it.

Reactors film honest reactions. Sometimes people are wrong, unkind, distracted, or just having a bad day. Reactions are personal opinions, not professional advice. Treat them as one data point, not a verdict.

You pay per reaction, starting at $3. Prices are shown before you confirm. We charge your card through Stripe. If a reactor never delivers, you don’t get charged for that reaction.

You get paid per reaction you deliver. Payouts run through Stripe. You’re responsible for your own taxes wherever you live. If we catch fake or lazy reactions (dead-eyed, watching for 4 seconds, using AI to generate speech), we don’t pay for them and we may close the account.

If a reaction doesn’t arrive, we refund automatically. If a reaction technically arrived but is clearly not a real human reacting to your upload, contact us within 7 days and we’ll refund or replace it. We don’t refund reactions you simply didn’t like — honest reactions are the whole point.

You keep the rights to whatever you upload. You give us permission to store it, show it to reactors, and generate reactions from it. Reactors keep the rights to the reactions they film. When you buy a reaction, you get a licence to use it privately and to share it on your own channels — you don’t get to resell it or claim you filmed it.

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, spam, defraud, or put reactors / creators at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless local law where you live says otherwise.
